Shipping and Return
All shipping is through normal mail and its flat rate as shown on the ordering page. Extra shipping charge may apply for remote or difficult to server location. All orders require 1-3 business days of processing time unless otherwise noted on the product page. Currently, shipping is available in Canada only, excluding remote and difficult to serve locations. Shipping fees are subject to change. Orders may qualify for additional shipping charges depending on the size and bulk of the order. Customers will always be contacted before any such charge is added.
All orders require 1-3 business days of processing time to be picked, packed and prepared for shipping, unless otherwise noted on the product page of the item(s) you’ve ordered.
SimpleComb.com currently provides flat rate economical shipping only, which will be convenient for all customers. Your order will be subject to 1-3 business days of processing time before it ships, unless otherwise noted on the product page. This economical shipping is normal mailing envelop, so we don’t have tracking number or ability to track the mailed out package. Normally this mail shipment should be fine. However, we don’t have control for any mistake or lost package caused by shipping company. If customer has not received your package in 60 days, please contact SimpleComb customer service by email or phone call to notify us, and we will try to resolve the issue for you. Orders may qualify for additional shipping charges depending on the size and bulk of the order. Customers will always be contacted before any such charge is added. SimpleComb.com works with multiple shipping partners. A carrier will be assigned to your order when it is ready to leave our warehouse.
Our goal at SimpleComb.com is to ensure that you are totally satisfied
with your shopping experience. We accept returns of unopened products up to 30
days after the date of purchase. Opened or used products, or any items marked
as non-refundable are not within our return guidelines. We are currently only
accept returns from Canada locations. Delivery fee will not be refundable. When
we receive the mailed back items, and if items are not opened or used with original
package, we will refund to customer at earliest possible time.
If you would like to make a return request, please email service@SimpleComb.com, with your order number (as quoted in the subject line of your “Order Update” emails), the item(s) that you would like to return, and the reason for the return.
